Lipovisor™ scans the area and then displays the amount of fat deposits present, before, during and after a liposuction or liposculpting procedure in three-dimensional images with the use of high definition technology.

It is well known that in cosmetic or therapuetic treatments such as liposculpting, lipodrainage or other similar slimming and/or shaping treatments of the fat tissue, specialised technicians need to know the exact quantities and distribution of such tissue in order to know which to remove.

In similar operations it is essential to maintain a determined amount of fat tissue in order to shape the contours of the body, while on the other hand an inadequate accumulation or lack of fat caused by a negligent operator will result in noticable waves in the skin along with aestethically unpleasant blemishes.

In this last case it would be necessary to proceed with a second operation in order to remove the excess fat deposits, which would clearly cause the patient discomfort. Even excess removal of the fat deposits would negatively affect the patient, as it would cause permanent lumps and dents in the skin which would be difficult to cover up permanently.

Typically, in this type of operation, the technician or surgeon relies solely on its own manual sensitivity, which results in clear difficulties in determing with absolute precision the quantity of fat to remove, and more importantly what not to remove.
Lipovisor™ allows these inconveniences to be avoided by precisly and reliably scanning the tissue with fat deposits, therefore allowing the liposuction or liposculpting procedure to be performed in a highly precise way with a computer (HDL - High Definition Liposuction).
